Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every Coco order! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:
1. Timeline
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.
- Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once.
- Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further returns/exchanges.
- Minor variations in print, color, or finish are not considered defects.
3. Exchanges
- Exchange orders are processed once your returned item is picked up.
- If your preferred item is out of stock, our team will contact you for alternatives.
- Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes. If unavailable, you may need to self-ship the item.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are generally provided as store credit (valid for 12 months).
- Store credit is issued within 24 hours of pickup of your return.
- Refunds to the original mode of payment are only issued for wrong or damaged products, and may take 7–14 working days.
- A flat fee of ₹200 may be deducted in case of payment refunds (not applicable for defective items).
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via an online transfer link sent to your registered email/phone.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If refused after shipping, full amount will be deducted from the refund/store credit.
6. Damaged/Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please share images with us at support@trycoco.in or 9831631389 within 24 hours.
- After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
8. Final Authority
All returns and refunds are subject to our quality check. Coco reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.
